Rules for Using My Artwork [English]
✔Personal use only
- You CAN use my work for non-commercial (not money related) purposes AND not for unspecified general public (people you never know).
- For example, you can use my artwork as your smartphone wallpaper, or print it out and give it to your friend.
- You CANNOT use my artwork for making products to sell, website designs or video content whether personal or commercial, and events or services involving many others (including doujin/fan activities).
✔Sharing on Social Media is allowed with credit
- You CAN share or repost my artwork on social media (such as blogs, X, and Discord) without my permission.
- Please include the source link (HeartDelSol.com) and/or the artist name (LadySolMina) together, and handle your posts at your own risk.
- For my written works, quoting and/or translation are allowed up to 5 sentences with original text and source credit.
❌Modification is Not Allowed
- Modification or alteration of my work is prohibited without my permission. This includes cropping, resizing, or adding text and images over the artwork.
🗨Please contact me for any question or request permission to use my artwork under conditions other than the above.

✔個人利用のみOK
- 金銭が関わらず、家族や友人など特定少数の相手を対象にした作品の利用は許可しています。
- 当サイトで展示している画像をご自分のスマホの壁紙にしたり、作品を印刷して友人に贈るなど、個人的な範囲での利用はご自由にどうぞ。
- ただし不特定多数に向けた活動（個人・同人・法人を問わず）や、営利目的のサービスでの利用や配布、商品の製作販売などの行為はご遠慮下さい。広告収入を目的に運営されるウェブサイトや動画配信などでも、許可なく作品を利用することは禁じています。
✔SNSで共有OK
- 当サイトで展示している作品や画像をオンラインのSNSサービス（ブログ、Ｘ、ラインなど）で紹介・転載（リポスト）する時、管理人の許可を得る必要はありません。
- サイト名(HeartDelSol.com)や作者名(LadySolMina)を一緒に紹介していただければ問題ありませんが、自己責任でお願いします。
- 文章作品の引用（コピペ）は５行以内であればご自由にどうぞ。他言語への翻訳も５文以内、原文と引用元を表記していただければ許可しています。
❌加工･改変NG
- 改変可能の旨が明記されていない限り、許可なく作品を改変・加工することは禁止しています。画像の切り抜きやサイズ変更、文字や画像を追加することも改変に当たります。
